Workshop Qi Gong, Constantin Makarov

Qi Gong is een eeuwenoud systeem van oefeningen gericht op verbetering van de gezondheid. Deze oefeningen omvatten ademhaling, bewegingen en meditatie. Qi Gong is gebaseerd op de Taoïstische en Boeddhistische levensfilosofieën maar niet verbonden met enige religie of geloof. Het is is meer dan 3000 jaar geleden ontstaan met als doel de ontwikkeling van Jing (de essentie), Chi (de levensenergie) en Shen (de geest) en om het lichaam sterker te maken

Qi Gong bestaat uit ademhalingsoefeningen met speciale concentratie en enige beweging. Qi is levens-energie, Gong is oefening. Qigong oefeningen ontspannen, verbeteren de bloedcirculatie, versterken het immuun-systeem en brengen de organen in een goede conditie: hart, lever, longen, nieren en milt. Met Qigong kun je zelf aan je lichaam werken om het in balans te brengen. Het is in staat verborgen krachten te mobiliseren. Qigong is duizenden jaren oud. De workshop start om 19.30 en is in het Engels.

We will practice the most direct Qi Gong to experience and enhance each of the elements. In this workshops the secrets of the Lyu will be presented with heavenly music of the elements. The ancient Chinese knew that Music expresses the connection which exists between human and cosmic order. The five main degrees of Chinese musical system born from Yin - Yang principles divide themselves between the twelve Lyu. As it is stated in the ancient books: "Heaven manifests itself in the seasons, Earth manifests itself in Lyu.

On the day of the Full Moon Party, we will present the result of the years of our study, for those who wishes to balance the Yin - Yang of their organs and harmonize their respective spirits by means of the sacred sounds.
